Can a pure sequence mix hearts and diamonds?
No. In the RummyCircle example, the cards in a sequence must be consecutive and of the same suit; matching color is not enough.
Does one pure sequence make the whole hand valid?
No. RummyCircle's Pool Rummy also requires a second sequence and the rest of the 13-card declaration to meet its rules.
What does 101 mean in Pool Rummy?
It is the cumulative penalty-score threshold for elimination in that version, not the number of cards or an amount of money.
